
Mural #9 - Mural Size: 8'x48'. Mural Depicts: On the way east after reaching the Pacific Ocean, the Corps split up and Clark took a southern route back through the Jefferson Valley. With some of the Corps on horseback and some in boats floating downstream, they made excellent time on the return trip. The mural shows the corps on horseback, riding through the Jefferson Valley.
Building History: The IGA grocery store was built in 1981, and approximately ten years later an addition built. It's currently the only grocery store in Whitehall.
