The Whitehall Ledger has a variety of advertising packages to fit any business or any advertiser. Ad rates start as low as $7 for a business card ad (minimum ten-week run), and discounts are offered based on ad size and frequency.

The Ledger's open rate is $4.00 per column inch. A full page ad (5 columns x 15 inches) at the open rate is $320.00, and a half page (5 columns x 7.5 inches) at the open rate is $160.00. Discounts can be obtained based on frequency, or a contract rate (20 percent off the open rate on every ad run) can be established for any size ad.

The Ledger can design the ad, take photographs for the ad, and spot color or full color are options for advertisers to consider.

The graphic bars on the top of the pages of the Ledger web site are also available to advertisers. The Ledger will provide full color, pop up graphics, full design, links to advertiser web sites and placement in the web site where the advertiser chooses for only $10 month (minimum six-month purchase) and can change the advertisement as often as the advertiser wishes. The Ledger web site advertisement will be on screen for 60 seconds at a time for a minimum of 20 minutes every hour (one ad every three minutes) for 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
