She met her late husband, Bill Baycroft, in 1963 in Ennis, Montana and they were married for almost 40 years. She lived in the Spokane Washington area for 28 years where she raised her family and was a waitress for 21 years. She moved back to Montana in 1994 and became a licensed Real Estate Agent in 1995, working for Mountain View Real Estate. She became a broker in 1998 and purchased the brokerage firm in 2004. She also started Baycrofts Property Management, INC in 2001.
